Lady Tigers Move On, Face Arabians Tonight in Semifinals

The Alexandria Lady Tiger basketball team upended Liberty Christian on Monday Night in the first round of the 2016 Madison County Tournament.  The Tigers will face Pendleton Heights in the semifinals tonight at Pendleton Heights at 7:30pm.

7th/8th Grade Girls BBall To Play Before Varsity Girls Thursday Night

Girls BBall vs. Blackford on Saturday 11am JV Start

The Lady Tiger basketball team will be back in action Saturday taking on the visiting Blackford Bruins here at the jungle.  The JV game will start at 11am and the varsity tip will start at approximately 12:30pm.

Varsity Girls Basketball vs. Y-Town Rescheduled for Tonight 7pm

After a power outage last night in Delaware County caused the varsity girls game to be postponed, it has been rescheduled for tonight at 7pm, varsity only.  If you bought a ticket last night it will be honored tonight. If you have any questions please call the athletic office at 765-298-6402.

LADY TIGERS GET WIN IN OPENER

ALEXANDRIA, IN – Alexandria Head Coach Greg Warren remained perfect in his Varsity Basketball Coaching Career (now 2-0) when his Lady Tigers opened their season Saturday night with a 49-42 victory over visiting Centerville. No Girl’s Basketball Scrimmage This Thursday

The Girls Basketball Scrimmage originally scheduled for this Thursday November 5th vs. Liberty Christian has been cancelled.  The Lady Tigers open up at home this Saturday vs Centerville.  JV game starts at 6pm.

Shooting Clinic at Anderson University

Kelly Earns CIC Honorable Mention

Blaine Kelly picked up a nice recognition by Central Indiana Conference Girls Basketball coaches by earning a spot on the All-Conference Honorable Mention team.  Kelly was just one of two freshman in the conference honored on either the fist team or honorable mention lists. Blaine finished her freshman year with 219 points, averaging 9.5 ppg

Lady Tigers End Season

The Lady Tiger basketball team lost to Elwood in the opening round of sectional Tuesday night.  The team finished 7-16 on the season, posting 2 more wins that the previous year.  Seniors that will be missed by the Tigers are: Kennedy Aiman, Macie Cox, Morgan Oliver, and Paxton Quinn.  A date for the end of
